Hotfix Balance Update

Balancing changes:
- Reduced max speed of basic Ghost mob enemy.
- No longer increasing max mob density after defeating the second boss in endless mode.
- Added health scaling to all basic enemies determined by the number of bosses defeated in endless mode.
Bugfixes:
- Fixed an issue where the back button in the game mode selection screen wouldn't work.
